Give - Prayerfully consider a financial partnership with HCF. You can give on a monthly, annual, or one time basis. These funds will cover the necessary salaries, health insurance, and various ministry expenses. You will be provided with a tax-deductible receipt for your gifts.

Connect - Provide us with contacts of friends, family, and other associates who may want to hear us share the vision of Heart Change Fellowship. These are individuals in the Boston area who can help us learn more about the community or would like to partner with us through giving, hosting, or joining the core team.
Host - Conduct a vision casting dessert in your home which will allow us to share our vision within your sphere of influence. The vision cast is done within the home because it is designed for a more personal environment.
Join - Come serve with our launch team in Boston! Prayerfully consider actively participating with HCF as we become an irresistible influence in the Boston community.
