Life Groups

What is Community?

Genuine biblical community means living in caring relationships that are guided by biblical truth and grounded in spiritual accountability. We value real community, and yes, we know how messy and hard it is. But we also know that real and lasting life change – spiritual transformation – occurs in the unity and diversity of authentic relationships.

What does a Life Group meeting look like?

A time of fellowship, study, sharing, and praying. This is not lecture-type Bible study, nor is it simply a social club. It is comprised of people who adhere to the mission and vision of Heart Change Fellowship. They may be formed by age and stage in life, or they may be a blend of all ages.

How do you handle childcare?

Each group finds a childcare strategy that works best for them. For example: our groups usually hire someone to care for the children in another room of the house. Some groups just leave it up to each individual family. We’ve found that when we let groups work it out for themselves, they arrive at creative, functional solutions!

How do I join a Group?
